Capabilities
Our capabilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Engineering support with DER authority
• Engineering research and associated drawings
• System harness manufacturing and installation supervision
• E.O. kit build-up per customer engineered drawings
• Wire marking, Label making, Shrinkable sleeve marking
• Comm / Nav Antenna COAX cable FAA/PMA manufacturing and testing
• Passenger seat-to-seat IFE cable FAA/PMA manufacturing
• Passenger in-seat IFE cable FAA/PMA manufacturing
• Emergency path lighting seat-to-seat cable FAA/PMA manufacturing
• Emergency path lighting in-seat cable FAA/PMA manufacturing
• Aircraft test equipment interface harness manufacturing
After years of addressing every conceivable wiring fault and malfunction, we
understand the importance of Quality Workmanship and Compliance
with respect to the regulating authorities.
• FAR 145
• Customer Process Standard
• Boeing Standard Wiring Practices Manual,
• Customer E.O.s (Engineering Orders)
• Customer E.O. associated V.A.s (Variation Authorizations)
• Customer ER/As (Engineering Request Authorizations)
It is most important that strict adherence be maintained with regards to
Engineering Orders that are driven by ADs (Airworthiness Directives), in that “No
Variations Or Substitutions Are Allowed” without an engineering variation
authorization.
| Test Equipment Interface
With the number of aircraft that most of the large carriers have and many different fleet types, the test equipment requirements are enormous. Each piece of test equipment requires interface cabling that is in constant use which often results in the need for frequent repairs or replacement. With the hostile environment that these cables are subjected to, ruggedness is essential to longevity. |

| Open Bundle Open bundle harnesses are the wiring harness of choice of the world's leading airlines. This type of harness is inherently easier to maintain as the wires, connectors and back shells are not covered by any external covering or coating. Open bundle harnesses can be found in engine nacelles, landing gear wheel wells and inside aircraft hulls. |

| Over mold Over mold wiring harnesses are generally either open bundle or closed bundle harnesses which have molded joints to prevent separation or fatigue. These joints are molded over the wiring harness to provide an added measure of strength without significantly increasing cost. Over mold harnesses are found in many applications such as aircraft wiring, engine harnesses and industrial applications |

| FQIS FQIS, or Fuel Quantity Indicating System, harnesses are used exclusively in aircraft fuel tanks. They connect the fuel quantity sensors inside the fuel tanks, which can be in the wing or fuselage of the aircraft, with the fuel computers in the cockpit. The FQIS harnesses are completely sealed and mounted within the fuel tanks. |

| Landing Gear Landing Gear wiring harnesses encounter the most extreme conditions of all. They are installed on the landing gear and in the wheel wells. They transmit signals fom the landing gear position switches to the onboard flight computers. These harnesses can be found on many commercial and general aviation aircraft. |
